Exhibit at Idaho’s Premier Event for Family Doctors

At this event, vendors will have the opportunity to connect with Idaho Family Physicians and decision-makers dedicated to improving patient care. The event is expected to draw between 75-100 attendees, and we are committed to incentivizing our physician members to engage with vendors throughout the conference.

Lodging Reservation Information

Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling 1-800-657-6464 or booking via this link by April 15, 2025. If calling, refer the Idaho Academy of Family Physicians when booking your room to secure our special room block rate.    
   
The Standard King room rate in the IAFP room block starts at $157/night

A Resort Fee of $25 per room /per night will be charged to each occupied room
Room and other taxes will also apply to room costs

Cancellation Policy:
Any individual reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax.

Vendor Registration Information 

We have three tiers of vendor options for this event as well as limited sponsorship opportunities.

All rates increase by $100 after March 1, 2025.

Your registration will include a continental breakfast on both days and lunch on Friday, May 16 only.

Platinum:
In addition to preferential selection of booth, the vendor's company logo will be displayed on the conference webpage, meeting materials, and signage and acknowledged during the conference - limited number available.

Premium:

Premium vendors are given preferential selection of booth in exhibit hall - limited number available.

Standard:
Exhibit Space Only.

IAFP Exhibit Hall Rules: The IAFP shall not be liable for any expense incurred by the Exhibitors in the event the show is delayed, interrupted or not held as scheduled. Exhibitor agrees to abide by decisions of the IAFP concerning all matters pertaining to the administration and success of the conference which are not specifically stated. We understand that this application becomes a contract by us upon completion and acceptance by the IAFP. We agree to abide by the conditions stated above. Cancellation and Refunds - Cancellations of Exhibitor Registration will only be accepted until March 15, 2025. A full refund will be provided, minus a $25 cancellation fee. After March 15, 2025, no refund will be provided.
